Just Copy the below text issued by EICAR ANTIVIRUS TEST to test antiviruses all over the world. Copy the text and paste in a notepad and save anywhere except desktop. save using a .bat extension.
eg. Newtextdocument.bat

as soon as you do, your antivirus should be able to detect and automatically delete it. if not you might need to change your antivirus.
