Facebook Buys fb.com Domain . New Facebook domain costs $8.5million.

Hi Friends. As we all know facebook is the largest and the most widely used social networking site in the World. So increasing its pace, Mark Zuckerburg recently Bought www.fb.com, which costed him a whole $8.5 million.
So from Now on Instead of Typing the whole Facebook.com, you can also type www.fb.com. It also has some additional features as revealed by Zuckerburg, but the features have not been revealed yet !

The last high profit domain purchased by Facebook was www.facebook.com. The company paid $200,000 to acquire the domain. Intrestingly fb.com costed 45times more than www.facebook.com.
Zuckerburg surely has high plans from fb.com too.
